Shinkirou.net was purchased through Lunarpages on June 17, 2007. For years, I've been eating up the bandwidth of my generous friends and hostees. I figured it was finally about time to stop depending on my homies and save up the money to move out to a place of my own! I'm slowly but surely getting comfortable here: the network is growing steadily with my own projects and the help of a few trusty hostees.
The name shinkirou is Japanese for the word "mirage", and admittedly inspired by a song from one of my very favorite artists-- Takui Nakajima's "Shinkirou". I could wax on about something deep and philosophical, but it'd definitely come out cheesy, so I'll spare you any explanation.
